School Garden
The children in 5th and 6th class helped make our raised beds more colourful by painting different vegetables and fruit on them during the last week of school June 2022.They did a wonderful job.
When we started back in school in September, the children in Junior Infants, Senior Infants and First class explored our school garden and helped pick some freshly grown produce such as peas, carrots, potatoes,tomatoes,turnip,radishes, lettuce and chives. They had great fun :)
Tomato Soup
In Room 1 we came together to make tomato soup in the staffroom. The children helped put in and mix the ingredients together. Take a look at the pictures!
There were mixed reviews about the tomato soup but everyone enjoyed the experience!
